The house is located on the island of Rab, in the beautiful village of Lopar. This lovely holiday home with pool and partial sea view is located on a hill above the old town of Lopar. The first beach is only 10 min walk from the house, while Paradise Beach is located 20 minutes walk from the house and other wild beaches are very close and accessible on foot.
The holiday house consists of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with adequate bathroom, spacious living room and equipped kitchen with dining room.on the way out of the living room stretches terrace with a beautiful sea view where there is a large table for 10 persons.
In Croatia, especially on the coast and on the islands the locals are prone to renovate the older, characteristic houses with a traditional layout and architecture. The villa was renovated in 2017 with great materials, has its own parking lot and it is energy efficient. All the facilities you may need are close at hand and they surely make life itself easier – grocery store, souvenir shop, restaurants, entertaining facilities and a hopefully not needed health center. Each of the four comfortable apartments has a separate entrance and of course, air-conditioning.
Lopar Rab
Lopar is surrounded by numerous islands and islets, notably Goli otok, Grgur, Lukovac and Školjić. The island of Goli otok is still the subject of interest for many visitors because of the visible remains of its rough past, which makes it a must-see place.
The nearby island of Sveti Grgur attracts visitors with its coves surrounded by lush greenery, and a walk around the island will often lead you to people-friendly bucks, deer and other animals. The little island of Lukovac is not far from the Rajska plaža beach – you can reach it by swimming, which makes it an attractive destination in the summer months.
