The accommodation also has parking for three vehicles.
Among enjoying and relaxing in a well-equipped villa it is important to properly make the most of the beaches in Lopar which are among the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. From the villa the sea can partly be seen, and the most magnificent beaches are only a few minutes away by feet. The „Rajska plaža“ beach is about twenty minutes away.
This Covid-19-free villa is located on one of the most beautiful Croatian islands. It consists of two floors of 166m2, each with superb facilities and equipment for a delightful holiday.
The ground floor is designed as a semi-open space. Here you can find the kitchen, the dining room and the living room which ensures the participation to all family members in each activity and in creating memorable contents inside the villa. In villas like this you can enjoy the most beautiful holidays as it is a winning combination to have joint activities. The villa’s rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi and TVs. Devices and appliances which are at the guest’s disposal are the following: washing machine (with a dryer), coffee machine, microwave oven and an antenna – these are parts of the standard holiday facilities in Lopar. Furthermore, on the ground floor you can find a bedroom with double bed and a belonging bathroom.
The living room extends to a terrace with a gazebo where there is a large rustic table with chairs. The guests can have fun while socializing hedonistically in open space but still covered. This place is the perfect spot to use the open fireplace and try out some specialties – from fish to meat – and improve the skills even of the most skilled cooks. The large rustic table with two benches will serve as a great spot to take advantage of this place. Additional facilities here are a fridge for drinks, utensils, plates, and a sink with hot and cold water.
If you take the steps downwards from the terrace you are on your way to the pool where there is also a jacuzzi for four people with various functions. The enjoyment is guaranteed around the pool on the deck chairs where there are also some sunshades, of course.
On the first floor of this luxurious summer residence, you can find three bedrooms. Each of them has a double bed and belonging bathrooms. As before mentioned, every room is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and has its own balcony where you can calmly enjoy your morning coffee, tea, breakfast, light dinner, or a glass of champagne.

The house is located on the island of Rab, in the beautiful village of Lopar. This lovely holiday home with pool and partial sea view is located on a hill above the old town of Lopar. The first beach is only 10 min walk from the house, while Paradise Beach is located 20 minutes walk from the house and other wild beaches are very close and accessible on foot.
The holiday house consists of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with adequate bathroom, spacious living room and equipped kitchen with dining room.on the way out of the living room stretches terrace with a beautiful sea view where there is a large table for 10 persons.
