The villa was renovated in 2017 with great materials, has its own parking lot and it is energy efficient. All the facilities you may need are close at hand and they surely make life itself easier – grocery store, souvenir shop, restaurants, entertaining facilities and a hopefully not needed health center. Each of the four comfortable apartments has a separate entrance and of course, air-conditioning.

Two one-bedroom apartments (no. 1 and 2) are placed on the second floor and consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room where the sofa is a pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Kitchens are equipped with a larger fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, induction hob, microwave oven, and kettle. The TVs have local and satellite programs in the living room and the Wi-Fi is available from one end to the other. The 16m2 large balcony has an impressive sea view and a comfortable seating set of rattan. The apartments are suitable for 2+2 people.
